How lovely is the Hebe flower, a spike of dozens of little flowers that cluster to perfection. I remember this plant as a child …. I don’t think it appealed to me much then, but now I love to be greeted by this hardy shrub. Once established they are so easy to care for and even when there are few flowers the coloured leaves of my larger variety blend beautifully in any arrangement.
This smaller leaf variety just as beautiful …..the pink blush attracted me to this one which was easy to grow from a cutting.

Beautiful flowers! I have a miserable specimen in my front garden which will now be given more attention !
